I love Rose Red! It’s by far my favorite haunted location series! Quick fact check, though-The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer: My Life At Rose Red was made into a mini-series in 2003. It’s available as a digital purchase from Amazon. A lot of people didn’t like it as well as Rose Red but those people are wrong; it’s exactly what it should be, and carries over the story telling tones of Rose Red. The problem people have is that it’s actually telling the story instead of just having a bunch of jump scares and gory deaths like people wanted. It is fantastic world building.
